Who am I?

       " My name is Nico Paulo W. Ruz".
        I know that these words will not be able to describe who really I am. I am Nico Paulo Ruz, but others call me Nico or Paulo. Besides of my cheerful personality there are also many trials that I have exceeded.One of this was when we and my family live in my uncle's house, which is not us. Whenever there was heavy rain the worms appear on the ground. Our life then was very difficult. I attend the school with rice and coffee as my breakfast, and sometimes I am not able to take my breakfast. At that time whenever I was going to school my pocket money was only ten pesos. We were traveling at a great distance from Caanawan to Palestina just to get to school. But due to the efforts of my parents our life became convenient. And even thought my father is only a farmer and my mother is a teacher, I am very proud of them. I finish my grade-school at Palestina Elementary School, and now I'm in the last year in High School and about to be graduate. I would like to lengthen the friendship with my classmates but time is running, and  we need to find our own destiny.

Are you contented?

          People are naturally ambitious.We want to excel and become famous. However, never all the things will be ours. That is because everything comes from God has the right time to be ours. 

         What if one day you wake up, you are rich, there you have many houses and fancy car. You have a lot of money. You have many shoes, and expensive clothes.You become the richest and most powerful person. You hold all business throughout the world and large companies. You also own the tallest building in the world. 

          In class, you are the valedictorian and all your exams and quizzes are all perfect. In Facebook you are leading with the most number of friends. You're not running out of call and text because you have an unlimited load on your cell phone. You are very famous and many celebrities are idolizing you. When you have a movie everybody is watching it and all the tickets are consumed within one day. All theaters are full and it takes a year before people loathe your movie.

         You can get anything you want because of money. You have many friends, male and female. You are always champion in any competition you join. All the unique things you make are always in the Guinness Book of World Record. And last you cannot move freely because there are always cameras around you. 

         So, are you satisfied?

         Are you contented?

          Do you think you will enjoy that life? And why do you think God did not give you everything? It is because there is no perfect man. We need each other to fulfill our own needs.

The Difference Between Yesterday and Tomorrow

  








     "Yesterday comes before tomorrow, while tomorrow comes after yesterday"

        Yesterday are days that are passed and cannot be restored, cannot be change, and cannot be fixed no more. Yesterday vanished along with time but not with the memories of yesterday. These memories we have can be brought and use for the coming tomorrow.

        Yesterday has an important role for the things that will happen for tomorrow. And what happens in tomorrow are things we cannot ensure, we cannot immediately be verified, and we did not quickly know. However, we can see trough tomorrow the changes, here we obtain our dreams. We cannot stop the disappearance of yesterday and the arrival of tomorrow. We can bring the memories of the past, but we cannot predict what will happen tomorrow. Even so, I know there is only one sure, the past will always pass and then tomorrow will always come.
